Wellington Lesbian Ball

Well, by now you will have long since ironed out any suit creases and stashed After a year's hiatus, the Lesbian Ball is on the Wellington calendar once more - hopefully to stay, this time! The 2004 Ball will be held at the James Cook Hotel on Saturday 25 September. The event will run from 8pm till 1am, with supper, several live shows, and a cash bar. Let us know if you have any suggestions - the Ball is for you, so we do want to know what you'd like. This year's theme is "in one era, out the other...", and we look forward to seeing some wonderful women dressed in costumes from the past, present, and future. Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed on the night. The Lesbian Ball is open to all women, but the lesbian label is still appropriate - while bisexual and straight women are more than welcome, they can't bring male partners!
