This is the safest area in Manhattan located across from the 10th Precinct and we also have security personnel on duty 365 days a year. We provide 2 common dining areas and 2 common kitchens for our guests with TV, plus one recreation room. You can also use our laundry facilities to catch up with our domestic duties.
